Overview
An International Investment manager are seeking a Senior Business Analyst within their retail business technology team, specifically tasked with developing both their Investment and Advisory channels. The Team operates using two Kanban models for smaller scale enhancements, as well as Scrum for the projects undertaken. These methods require guidance in order to help the business further adopt agile delivery practice. Key Responsibilities Delivery of continuous change and projects using agile methodology Experience in moving teams from Waterfall practices to agile. Provision of both governance and MI reporting to both technology and business Management teams. Experience Financial Services industry experience- managing financial based projects using Agile practices. Previous C level stakeholder interactions.
