An insurance start-up has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join their growing team based in Fulham. A disrupter in the Home and Landlord Cover market, they are rapidly growing and focused on ensuring the highest standards of service for clients around the UK. Based in Fulham, London, they are looking for a Customer Service Manager to assist clients. Responsibilities: As their Customer Service Manager, you will be: Taking responsibility for the Customer Service provided to their customers Dealing with any administrational or payment issues Dealing with their partners to ensure they are delivering the slickest and finests service possible to their clients Account management for VIP customers Responsible for the general day-to-day running of the office Assisting with running their social media accounts About you: You must have experience in a similar role They are growing fast so need somebody with experience but also keen to get involved in anything and everything. They need someone SUPER organised and keen to take ownership of their tasks. Must be proactive in dealing with all tasks. You must be able to work Full Time, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm (early finishes at 5pm on Fridays). Four Weeks paid Holiday. Start Date April 1st 2020. Sounds interesting?
