Recovery Worker Your new company We provide a range of support services to people with mental health needs, those with a personality disorder and individuals at risk of homelessness. We empower people and promote independence by providing recovery focused community wellbeing services, residential care, peer mentoring, housing support and volunteering opportunities.Our property is a 6-bed registered residential recovery service in Burgess Hill for adults with mental health issues. This is a medium-term residential care home and staff support clients with daily living activities. You will work as part of a team and as the service is staffed 24/7 you will need to be able to work shifts - this includes weekends / bank holidays and sleep in shifts.As a Recovery Worker you will work with the clients and support them with their daily living activities - this includes shopping, cleaning, budgeting and cooking. You will work with the clients on Recovery Plans and Risk Assessments and support them to attend medical and other professional appointments. You will administer medication to the clients.
