Private Clients Account Handler, working for a Global Lloyd's Broker, Salary up to £40K, working in Guildford Your new company Your new job as a Private Clients Account Handler will be working Lloyd's Broker who are leading specialists within the London market with their branch network which covers more than 70 locations, offering local service backed by national specialist practices. This established Lloyd's Broker are an employer of choice. Due to growth within the Private Clients division, a permanent job as an Account Handler has arisen. Your new role Your new job working as an Account Handler means you will be handling Private Clients insurance products and system processes and transact with clients. Your new job you will be supporting the manager and team, to enable them to retain existing clients, maximising business opportunities and attract new business. In your new job you handle Renewals, New Business queries and MTA's as well as, set up clients and direct debits on the system, check insurers documentation and issue renewal and mid-term adjustments documentation. You will also give advice and assistance to clients and proactively identify cross sales opportunities. Other duties will include managing inbound and outbound telephone calls and completing reports. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working in the Insurance Industry handling Household or High Net Worth risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will ideally be educated to A-levels or equivalent and ideally be Cert CII or progression towards. You must have proven Insurance experience, good time management; have attention to detail and great negotiating skills. You must also be proficient in writing letters, be a good communicator and be customer service focused. You will be computer literate in Microsoft software to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
