Individuals are supported to develop person-centred plans and individualised health action plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. Longdown Road works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate. The people we support are at the heart of everything we do - they are wonderful individuals and deserve to be treated with respect, dignity and choice. Our main priority, therefore, is to find support workers with values, behaviours and attitudes to match our own. Could this be you? Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and many of the people we support require support during the night.
