Overview
We are recruiting a number of Collection Advisors/Telephone Negotiators for our client, a rapidly growing (hence the recruitment) SME in the Financial Services Industry. The Job You’ll be on the phone a lot; making outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries. The Company helps businesses recover debt. As a Telephone Negotiator, you’ll discuss the overdue accounts with the individuals and business owners owing money; gaining an understanding of why they are in this position, what they are doing to remedy it and how you can help them resolve the debt - such as completing affordability assessments and putting together payment plans tailored to each individual. Previous experience in this sector would be advantageous but is not a must have. We’re looking for candidates with a confident telephone manner, willingness to learn and ideally with a background in sales or customer services. The Company offers various routes for you to progress into more senior teams. They will invest in you and offer full training, not just on the job, but also on the relevant industry regulations (e.g. FCA and Consumer Credit Regulations). Pay, Bonus & Working Hours Salary: £17,500 - £19,000 DOE. Excellent (and realistic) bonus structure offering uncapped commission (paid monthly) - potential to earn up to £800 per month plus. You won’t have to work weekends; usually you will work standard office hours and rotate later shifts with your team. What Next?
