Patient Retention Advisor

OutsideClinic are the UK's leading home-visiting Optician and Hearing. We have been providing vulnerable people with the very best sight and hearing care for over 35 years. Patient Services Advisor - £17,500 per annum (pro-rata) Part-time, flexible hours. Due to continued growth, we are looking for two Patient Retention Advisor's to join our head office team in Old Town, Swindon. You will be tasked with contacting existing customers with a view to booking in their next visit by one of our field opticians. Main Duties: Contacting existing customers with the aim to rebook them for their routine sight and hearing appointments Professionally deal with any queries and take down any additional information Maintain strong knowledge of OutsideClinic products and services Regular and accurately updating various databases. If you are a confident communicator and not afraid of the telephone, then we would like to hear from you.
