The successful candidates will need to have previous experience as a Peripatetic, Operations or Home Manager within and Elderly Care Homes, a nursing qualification is preferred and a good track record with CQC as along with a management qualification. My client needs someone with strong people management skills to change a staff culture. The Candidate This role is an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager seeking a new challenge. The candidate will preferably have previous experience within the role with exposure to safeguarding's / disciplinaries and CQC. Applicants need to be working as a Home Manager and must have experience in running / supervising a team. Requirements Passion for Elderly care / Extensive leadership experience Exposure to safeguarding's & CQC / CCG Nurse Qualifications Essential Location This role is based in Yorkshire and is commutable from: Harrogate, Wakefield, York, Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford and Dewsbury.
