Food and Beverage Manager

Tonic are currently searching for a Food and Beverage Manager for an Events and exhibitions venue in Hampshire. This is a senior position within a large events and exhibition venue and requires a front facing manager with extensive events food and beverage management experience. The successful candidate will have two direct reports and will manage large teams on event days. Events at this venue can cater to 1500 for seated meals and even up to 20000 for the largest exhibitions.
