RAPID GROWTH BUSINESS ALERT This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Senior Developer who wants to join an online business and be part of a growing venture With their operations, back office and online presence already in place we need someone to commercialise further, build and develop the new website implementing new designs to improve user experience to grow strong online sales, drive content and build a new community. You will be part of new team of investors with an appetite to modernise the way they work and take advantage of their already extremely successful business. Based in Stafford you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home. "The Role" · Working with our team to ensure the website delivers strong user experience and brand aesthetic · Ensure we capture the right data to enable us to make strategic decisions to drive online sales growth ·Optimise the performance of the website (SEO, loading times, etc.) · Continue to build out our front-end roadmap · Developing and testing new features and functionality on the website in response to business needs and the desire to drive online sales growth What will you bring to the party · Previous experience leading on web development projects and / or working for start-ups ·Previous experiences working with front end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid, SEO tools and page load speed optimisation tools · Knowledge of full stack tools beyond front end development · Fluent English speaker · Design Capabilities (Photoshop, Wireframes etc) · Knowledge of performance marketing (adwords) · Ability to write and scraping tools and map product feeds Fundamentally you will enjoy working within a fast-paced early stage team and be confident enough to voice your opinion and creative preferences.
