Overview
The Client The opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a fantastic National Financial Services firm in their Wolverhampton office, who focus on providing a high quality financial planning and investment management service. They pride themselves on delivering an excellent service to their longstanding clients and you will have the chance to work in a supportive team environment. The Role You will be working closely with the Financial Adviser and the rest of the Administration team to provide timely and efficient administrative support. Some duties will include: Maintain client records using the Intelligent Office system. Format and prepare letters and documents. Liaise with both internal and external contacts and clients by telephone and email Manage client reviews, including preparing client valuations Prepare client reports in relation to pensions, investments, IHT planning and other associated financial planning requirements. What’s needed for me to be considered? Previous experience within financial services Knowledge of Intelligent Office would be a distinct advantage Strong written and verbal communication Keen to join a dynamic, forward thinking IFA business.
