Senior IT Support £25,000 - £35,000 Wednesbury I am currently recruiting for an Senior IT Support for a successful organisation based in Wednesbury. The Application Support Analyst will provide support to the business with ERP, CRM, Warehousing, EDI and finance systems. The Senior IT Support will implement product updates, complete end to end Process Documentation and train new users on internal applications. You will support the business in finding ways for the business systems to improve and assist in testing of new software developments, liaising with product suppliers and customers to establish a common structure for communicating additions updates and deletions of products to and from internal systems. what you will need; Ability to handle third party vendors Identify repeat issues (root cause analysis) Documentation for reference and support. Passionate about software and system development and support. Ability to collate and review Web stats knowledge of Excel - pivot tables - macros Strong understanding of SQL, MySQL (essential) Linux.
