That's because we have 20,000 clients and 1500 years of experience across our qualified HR and Employment Law experts. In this role, you will be advising our clients, mainly via the phone but sometimes face to face (if you progressed into a Consultancy role) so you need great service skills and the ability to advise your clients in a supportive, clear and concise manner. About You You will have some experience of working in HR/Employment Law either in a generalist or specialised role, but you are hungry to learn more and want to become a qualified expert. You will be preferably working towards a professional qualification. If you do not have the specific experience, but have a degree in a relevant field (or similar qualification) and have great service skills then we'd still love to hear from you. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
