The home is ideally situated within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This purpose-built service offers a welcoming and homely environment for the residents, their families and the staff at the home. The home boasts a range of excellent facilities including regular visits from a hair stylist and chiropodist, warm and cosy lounge areas for the residents to enjoy and a beautiful garden area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Yate, Bristol. The service boasts an excellent reputation for the high quality of care that they provide. This home provides person centred care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. The home prides itself in the high quality of care that they provide the residents and the Home Manager is looking for a like- minded Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to ensure the smooth running of the unit. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). Previous management experience is essential for this position. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in.
