The home boasts a variety of activities for residents to enjoy, freshly home cooked food and a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based on the outskirts of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The home provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities. This versatile service also cares for residents with dementia and a variety of mental health conditions including depression, schizophrenia and residents with challenging behaviour. The home offers residential, nursing, palliative and convalescent care to suit the need of each individual resident. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the home. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD- all will be considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous managerial experience is essential for this position.
