Overview
I am working with my client who are a tech company looking for a team lead to nurture their expanding engineering team. They are looking to hire a development team lead who can drive the team and set a high bar for writing code, reviewing code, testing and design. They are tech focused and investing heavily in building their tech team and are looking to grow their development team as they have a number of existing and Greenfield projects happening. Key duties & responsibilities Track record of leading and mentoring a team of developers Consider yourself a fullstack developer, understanding both frontend and backend technologies including PHP, Golang & Javascript Able to liase and manage relationships with both technical and non technical stakeholders Contributing to their inclusive and collaborative work culture Able to find the balance between build quality and speed of delivery Help your team define and reach both your personal and team goals Key Attributes An understanding of the fullstack including Golang, Javascript and PHP Worked within a cloud environment, preferably AWS Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Golang Ecosystems Strong experience identifying, diagnosing and fixing performance security issues.
