Job Title: Sales Operations Director, Customer Experience Director Industry: Marketing Agency, Promotional Merchandise, eCommerce Location: South London Package: £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary 25% Bonus Excellent Benefits 7% Pension Genuine Career Progression The Role: As the new Sales Operations Director/ Customer Experience Director you will immediately inherit a successful and well-motivated team of 10 Direct Reports, ranging from Creative Design, Customer Experience, Relationship Management and Project Management personnel. You will hit the ground running, managing a well-oiled department focused on provided outstanding levels of service and satisfaction to a portfolio of well-known Global Brands with operations across Europe. As a member of the Senior Management Team, your responsibilities include: -leading from the front and responsible for driving performance metrics, -review and improve sales processes -review customer journey and evaluate customer experience -oversee new customer integration, including tailoring eCommerce solutions -oversee contract and SLA negotiations The Candidate: We require candidates with experience leading teams in Sales Operations, Customer Services, Customer Success, Customer Experience and/ or Marketing. We appreciate it may not be possible to have experience in all mentioned disciplines, so it is simply a case of “the more the merrier”. You will have a “roll your sleeves up”, can-do attitude as it is essential that you lead from the front in this dynamic team culture.
