2nd Line Engineer - £31,000 Benefits - Central London A non-for profit organisation based in Central London who are looking to build and expand their current IT Team are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to come and join with their exciting journey. There are many opportunities for progression and to work with Cloud technologies. The 2nd Line Engineer will be providing advice and technical support to customers, as well as taking a lead on a variety of projects. The 2nd Line Engineer will need to have enthusiasm and willingness to learn and be proactive within the environment. The 2nd Line Engineer will be working closely with the Head of IT getting day to day support and mentoring to allow them to progress fast and excel their current skillset. Essential Experience - 2nd Line Engineer Active directory, Group Policy level Windows Server troubleshooting Experience with VMWare Veeam backups DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP exposure Office 365 administration Knowledge of any Anti-Virus software Desirable Experience - 2nd Line Engineer PowerShell Scripting Azure or AWS experience This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are kicking off their IT transformation and growth with various exciting projects oncoming, including migrating over to the Cloud.
