2nd Line Support - Dartford, Kent - Up to £24,000 plus progression, benefits & on-going training I am working with a UK company who are looking for customer service focused 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide their internal staff with any IT issues as well as carrying out project based changes such as upgrades, rollouts and general maintenance. The current team support all users at desk, remotely and occasionally visit other offices for hands on support and project based work.
