Overview
Our Data Management team is a vital function in the operation of our delegated Investments business (fiduciary and funds management), ensuring timely and accurate data flows into our systems to facilitate the investment process; including portfolio management, trading and cash management, reporting and monitoring, and client service. Responsibilities: The role holder will act as senior specialist in the following areas of operations: Data quality control checks Exception reporting and resolution tracking Client and investment product on-boarding Periodic reviews of data Investment Book of Records valuations Data extraction Other key areas of responsibility could include: Providing subject matter expertise for and/or leading on projects Ensuring appropriate processes/controls are in place to achieve timely and accurate delivery Innovating, creating solutions, and inputting to our programme of continuous enhancements Inputting to the set-up of our new technology platform from a data perspective Understanding and controlling key risks within allocated area(s) Supporting and developing other members of the team Relationships management of key stakeholders both within the wider Operations team and the Investments business as a whole Qualifications/ Requirements: Several years' experience within an asset management, fiduciary management or related outsourced supplier in a data management role Experience of achieving work through others (be that through people management, projects or delegation of work) Experience of projects to implement regulatory requirements would be advantageous but not essential This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89802387
