To apply for the role applicants need to have worked on some kind of plant equipment – capital equipment, forklifts, access platform or similar. Mechanical or electrical skills will be suited as specific training can be provided on the forklift trucks as required. Although qualifications are an advantage, transferable skills and the ability to pick up the specifics are key. You’ll form part of a highly skilled team in a very reputable business. The role is both mechanical and electrical service and repair of forklifts. You’ll order any spares when needed and communicate progress. Overtime is paid at time and a half over 39 hours a week.
