Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience within a fast moving manufacturing environment? If yes, then please read on for more information on an exciting opportunity to undertake a 4 on 4 off shift based maintenance role for a fantastic employer in the area Main purpose of the role To manage the Engineering strategy across the site, in order to ensure maximum efficiency of equipment. To influence engineering and production teams. To carry out and record corrective maintenance on plant machinery and services quickly and efficiently, so as to cause the least amount of machinery downtime. To carry out and record planned maintenance on plant machinery and services as scheduled by the Engineering Department. Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer The experience you’ll bring to the team It is essential that the successful applicant is a time-served, apprentice trained engineer, who is passionate about wanting to transform operational efficiencies Extensive experience within a FMCG / food manufacturing company Identify maintenance opportunities and set a clear action plan to drive cost effective maintenance and plant efficiency along with carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment throughout the site. Able to fault find, mechanically, electrically, complex control and automation systems. Able to communicate clearly and concisely to supervisors and managers Able to work as a constructive member of a team, and have strong sense of responsibility Professionalism; displays a positive attitude toward company strategy Proven ability to be able to work well and deliver results, even in times of pressure.
