Axis Elevators is currently recruiting for a qualified service lift technician to cover units across London and the South East. As a qualified lift technician you will be expected to: Provide technical support and trouble-shooting to a wide range of equipment Ensure Shut Down Resolution within contract target KPI’s Identify problems via root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Mentor and assist in upskilling of local lift engineers Travel when and where required in order to resolve particular issues as and when they arise. Conduct Technical Surveys on problematic equipment To be successful in this role you will: Be qualified to at least NVQ Level 4 or equivalent Have in-depth knowledge of a variety of different makes and types of equipment, such as dock-levellers, goods and platform lifts, scissor lifts and hydraulics Have all-round knowledge of lift equipment and that you can demonstrate that you can apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis.
