You will join the organisation's research department where you will learn the skills of effective headhunting, focusing on senior level candidates across a variety of marketplaces. You will move through a well-worn route to consultant as soon as you are ready where you will find yourself winning assignments from some of Britain’s leading brand names. Trainee Headhunter - Who You Are You will be a graduate or of graduate calibre and have a demonstrable track record of success in your chosen career to date. You may be looking for your first position after finishing in education, and ideally you will have work experience in a sales capacity. You will enjoy working to targets and are motivated by career and financial rewards. You may already be in recruitment and looking to work at the top end of the sector. You will be diligent, have good attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
