Job Description We are looking to hire a junior/mid-level web developer to help develop our main web application as well as public facing websites. The role is based in our office in Arundel which has free parking and a peaceful working environment. Job Description We are a small company so we would like to know what skills and interests you have as there are opportunities to work on all aspects of development. The ideal candidate will have a flair for building beautiful websites and a good understanding of UX. They will have a good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 frameworks, jquery and PHP. Skills And Qualifications Essential Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Some PHP knowledge Desirable Ability to build secure, performant PHP applications Good understanding of common web vulnerabilities and their solutions Experience of using Twig templates Familiar with Bootstrap 4 Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming Understanding accessibility and security compliance Proficient understanding of git versioning control system An understanding of Action-Domain-Response pattern Experience in writing PHP Unit tests and using TDD Generating PDFs from PHP Experience of SQL databases and knowledge of ORMs, particulary RedBeanPHP Confident in using command line tools and knowledge of static analysis tools Familiarity of Stripe integrations Pay depends on experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent
