Lettings Coordinator - Clifton, Bristol - Full Time Permanent - Immediate One of our most prestigious clients working within the property industry are currently looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join their small and well-knit team in Clifton, Bristol. The requirements of the role are to assist with the day-to-day administration tasks of a busy lettings office as well as take on extra lettings duties as required. Lettings Coordinator Duties: Carrying out property visits, check in's and check out's Maintenance: liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors face-to-face, on the telephone and by email to report, organise and follow up on maintenance issues Invoicing Booking viewings appointments Conducting some viewings Maintain and develop strong relationships with landlord Lettings Coordinator Key Skills: Minimum one year letting experience Negotiation skills with a strong customer focus Excellent interpersonal skills Highly organised and proactive worker Well-presented and professional Computer literacy is required with knowledge of CFP software (desirable) Drives and owns a car The working hours for this role are 9am - 6pm between Monday and Friday as well as working every third Saturday 9am - 4pm.
