The Role The team leader will ensure they are supporting our onsite teams, delivering results and most importantly, getting stuck in Main Responsibilities · Experience of FMCG manufacturing · A good understanding of quality control procedures and protocols · Knowledge of food safety hygiene and Health and Safety requirements in food manufacturing. · Understanding of BRC/or something similar requirements and risk management · Strong team leadership skills to lead, motivate, coach and manage a team · Good computer skills. · Delegates responsibility while maintaining support and focus · Is supportive of others and promotes a no-blame culture · Encourages others to fulfil their potential with development and support · Encourages others to achieve outstanding results · Self-motivated and highly resilient · Energetic in pursuing goals and objectives.
