Overview
Staffline is recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives to work days in Maidstone. The rate of pay is from £8.25 to £9.09 per hour for day shifts. Overtime is paid at a rate of £12.38 to £13.64 per hour. In this full time role, shifts will typically be between 8 and 11 hours long. The start times for these shifts are: 1pm 3pm 4:45am on Sundays Your time at work As a Warehouse Operative at this modern warehouse, your duties will include: Loading and unloading vehicles Scanning and sorting parcels all in a safe manner Working as part of a team to ensure warehouse targets are met and deliveries are dispatched within the required timescales This role involves manual labour and so a certain level of physical fitness is required. Our perfect worker Our ideal Warehouse Operative will have: Previous experience working within a warehouse environment Ideally, some experience in picking, loading and MHE operations A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy when picking Good time keeping skills and willingness to be flexible Ability to work to their own initiative or as part of a team No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
