Class 2 Driver/Loader

Interaction Recruitment are actively seeking Category 2 Recycling/Refuse Collection Drivers/Loaders for our client based in Leyland. Drivers must be aware that you will be required to take on the duty of a loader also. You will be collecting recyclable and non recyclable waste from residential properties within the Borough. New pass drivers will be considered, you must have a valid UK driving licence, CPC and Digicard. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 07:15-15:45 and Friday 07:15-12:45. Full time and part time drivers/loaders will be considered for this contract. If you want part time you must commit to the same days each week. You must be physically fit and happy to work outside in all weathers and expect that you will be walking between 10-15 miles per day. Bins will vary in weight, the bin lift has a capability to lift a maximum of 100kg. You will attend a full day induction, which is unpaid and will include classroom and site training.
