Weekend Warehouse Operative Role overview… Start Date - ASAP End Date 3 to 4 months (Possible temp to perm) Shifts - 1. Weekends - 2200 - 0600 Fri and 1800 - 0600 Sat & Sun (32hr week) Please note, employees are required to support in covering a certain amount of holidays throughout the year, across all 4 shifts. As a member of a production team that works a permanent/rotating shift pattern, the successful candidate will be required to learn quick and safely operate various machines on site, depending on the need of the business to develop and multi-skill its people. Whilst complying with safe systems of work and quality procedures at all times, the successful candidate will require the focus and determination to maximise production output and minimise machine waste every single day, so as to continue our journey towards being a world class manufacturing business.
