Trainee Sales Engineer Avonmouth Monday to Friday £25,000 per annum Commission Pension 28 Days Holiday Full Product training. Trainee Sales Engineer required for a well-established supplier and exporter of electrical/ electronic machinery. This is a great opportunity to join a niche company that will provide full training on their product. The successful candidate will be experienced in working in a customer service, face to face or internal sales background and you will be confident on the phone liaising with businesses and managers at all levels. Experience of engineering/ technical/ electrical or electronic products is beneficial but not essential as full training can be given. Your role will be a mixture of manging a portfolio of existing clients and developing new business. Your will be focussed in helping increase company profit and you will have a large say in the plans for marketing, sales development and growth of the business. You will be based in the office, however when required you will attend trade shows. You will be set targets on income created and units sold. The company are a reputable supplier and exporter of their products with a large UK and EU market share. This is a great opportunity to join a successful business that are continuing to grow their presence internationally through expo shows and key account management. The Role: Managing and networking existing UK accounts. Liaising with managers and business owners. Attend client visits and trade shows when required. Developing new businesses when necessary. The Person: Experienced in a sales environment. Experience selling engineering/ electrical/ electronic or technical products is advantageous. Confident phone manner. Team player.
