Dynamics CRM Analyst / Developer - £38 - £42k The Dynamics CRM Analyst role exists to support and maintain a Case Management System implemented using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, working with people throughout the organisation, internal support and development teams as well as our third-party suppliers. This Dynamics CRM Analyst role will be based in central Birmingham with an independent service who operate in the public sector, paying between £38k - £42k. This role will offer great flexible working in regard to working times and remote working a couple days a week. There will also be opportunities for personal and professional development Responsibility will include: Providing both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint applications as well as knowledge of development technologies and environments. Delivery of new solutions, upgrades and add-ons as required by the business or identified by IT team. Provision of technical assurance and feasibility of change requests. Business and process analysis, especially to support the business representatives. Provision of estimation and planning of new work. A key point of contact for developer colleagues and delivery partners. Close working with support and business colleagues for training, support and knowledge transfer. Close working with business colleagues for testing and quality assurance. Automation of tasks such as data import and retention policy. Effective change control and management of the software development lifecycle. Identification of improvements and building realistic plans for delivery. Desirable experience for the ideal candidate includes: 2-3 years' experience in organisations building and maintaining Dynamics CRM solutions. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its core modules Dynamics CRM Developer JD V2 Dec 2019 Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 Excellent communication and problem solving skills Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint understanding Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills. Structured development methodologies Automation scripting tools .Net (preferably C#) Highly confident with providing support and training to users.
