This vacancy presents a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Developer or Junior IT Support Analyst to join a fast-paced organisation which will allow for training and certifications on the latest technologies surrounding Microsoft Dynamics and SQL reporting. Key Skills & Experience: Previous SQL reporting experience Some previous IT Support experience Strong Excel skills Working knowledge of Windows server 2008/2012/2016 and MS SQL2008, SQL2012, SQL2016 technology Working knowledge of one or more of the following applications:- Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Northgate Resourcelink, Paragon, Format, Bestmix, TrakSys, JIRA, Servicenow Archiving and database knowledge would be beneficial Responsibilities: Manage, support and develop SQL SSRS reporting systems Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner in line with business requirements Ensuring availability and performance of ERP system Manage, support and develop EDI system Manage and interrogate SQL databases Testing of system development Location – Peterborough Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
