PSV Engineer Orkney Position: PSV Engineer/Fitter/HGVTechnician Location: Orkney Pay rate: £16.00ph (£33280 based on 40 hour week), plenty of overtime available Shifts: Rotating shift pattern of earlies and lates Job Type: Permanent role Reporting to: Engineering Manager Are you a PSV Engineer / HGV Technician looking for a better work / life balance? Benefits include:- Overtime available 25 days holiday plus stats Training Opportunities for career development and progression Competitive salary Earlies and Lates, varied role PPE Family UK bus travel Immediate start available if required Advice with relocation if required The Role Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of PSV Diagnosing and rectifying all types of PSV faults Ensuring all vehicles worked upon are handled carefully and that the relevant precautions are taken whilst on the premises Liaising with the parts department to attain correct parts Ensuring health & safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness Carrying out routine maintenance on commercial vehicles Ensuring appropriate clockings are made and all job cards and service sheets are completed in a timely manner Venatu Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-known bus operating company to recruit a PSV Fitter to join their team based in Orkney.
