Overview
Are you a Web Developer who would you like to work with one of Suffolk’s best employers, have a wide variety of projects to get involved with and be empowered to do the best work of your career? If so, I would love to hear from you. In this new permanent role, you will join a vibrant, fast paced team where no day will be the same. You will work closely with your account managers, external clients and colleagues in development to design, develop, test and deliver high quality customer facing websites and web applications that complement the unique marketing strategies of the businesses they are created for. When not crafting beautiful, intuitive sites for your clients you will also be encouraged to put aside time for R&D and given opportunity to research and share new tools, technologies and techniques with the team that they could implement to continuously improve and evolve the offering they provide to their market. To be successful you will likely have: · Good knowledge of PHP, MYSQL and JavaScript · Detailed experience of creating bespoke CMS sites using WordPress (using actions, hooks and extra functionality) · A solid understanding of working with Web API’s and developing integrations · The desire to create high quality, highly useable web applications On offer is a competitive salary (up to £40,000), 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), training budget, lots of opportunities to attend industry leading events and a culture that puts a priority on learning and development.
