Recruitment Relationship Manager
Overview
One of our clients is seeking a Recruitment Manager, this is a newly created role to lead on Recruitment Strategy, manage a small team of resourcers and lead on the attraction of candidates in a challenging market. You will report into the HR Director to develop a solid talent attraction proposition and will manage key internal relationships. We want to talk to you if you have experience in an in-house strategic Recruitment role, or if you have worked agency side in a key account manager / RPO role partnering with a client in a strategic way. Some of the roles are highly technical, so this person needs to have a strong understanding of the technical / digital / engineering recruitment markets.
