Academics are looking to grow their pool of Unqualified Teachers now in preparation for September 2020 within our partnership Stoke-on-Trent secondary schools. An Unqualified Teacher's main responsibility is to support the school with general classroom cover and to ensure that students remain on task with work that has already been set by their own teacher. We are looking for Unqualified Teachers who can adapt to change and have both excellent and confident communication skills. For this role the ideal applicant will have previous experience of working with young people (aged from Key Stage 3 and above) and will have a proactive and can do attitude towards work. Previous good behaviour management skills are also required and ideal for this role.
