Openings Head chef – New Gastro and Hotel Group – Surrey 45k You will be joining a new UK Gastro and boutique Hotel group which is expanding and taking on news sites, very much a high-end company, with a high standard of service and food at rosette standards The Role Work closely with the Group Executive chef across current and future openings HQ is based in Surrey but will be on the road, so a car is essential Assist in new openings across the region and further as they grow Food training focus and openings Help develop rosette standard British menus for the group based on the classics Help recruit talent to the business The Person Easy access to the home counties by their own transport Proven and experienced head chef in fresh high-volume establishments Rosette background in British cuisine with menu writing and development New openings experience A self-starter who’s work mad Dynamic, energised and a resilient leader with that can do attitude Hands on and not tied down by home life as lots of travelling will be involved and nights away Wants to be part of a growing company Car owner, mileage will be paid Strong kitchen financials and costings Excellent communicator and can deliver on time and budget COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
