Café Supervisor - Contract Catering - Christchurch - £10 p/h Our client is a leader in the contract catering industry that supply catering various sites throughout the UK. They are looking for a supervisor to help run the Café and drive the business forward. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Café Supervisor for their education site in Christchurch. You will be working 35 hrs per week - This job is term time only Hourly rate £10/ph This company offers excellent benefits and opportunities to progress. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Hands on management of the Cafe Deal with stock management of food and beverages, to include waste management Help with ideas to drive the business forward Marketing including use of social media Ensure profitability of the cafe and working to set budgets Candidate Requirements: Experience at Supervisor level in a quality food led operation Previous coffee shop / sandwich bar environment working Understanding of stock management Excellent customer service skills An understanding of food and efficient service Sound financial and commercial acumen Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The Reward: Free parking Excellent training programmes Career Progression Unfortunately, due to the large volume of applications we receive, we can only respond to applicants with relevant work experience.
