Sous chef required for a Restaurant in derbyshire, this is a very foodie kitchen and they make everything onsite including the bread. You will learn alot here & be involved in a foodie kitchen with everything made on site. Sous chef, hands on role, £28k tips . Live in available. The role: We are looking for a sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. You will train the other chefs in different skills and work in the kitchen yourself in a hands on way. Everything made on site including bread, fish is purchased whole & the chefs fillet the fish, chocolate work in the kitchen, a very foodie kitchen. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties. Experience We are looking for a sous chef who is foodie and wants to work in a kitchen that everything is made on site.
