Restaurant General manager

Experienced General Manager required for a busy Spanish Restaurant in Cheshire, with a salary package of £28,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience. THE PERSON You must be an experienced restaurant general manager, a team player, and be fully involved in every aspect of service. To maintain the high standards that are expected you will need to have a strong background and an understanding of the industry. It is essential that you are strong on all relevant health & safety procedures and policy, but most of all an unquestionable enthusiasm to lead, motivate and develop your team. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Excellent organisational skills are required for this restaurant general manager role. A friendly yet disciplined approach is important to build a team spirit as well as ensure standards are met. You will have a good knowledge of quality fresh food, a strong understanding of wine, along with excellent customer service skills. BENEFITS There is a strong salary package for this role which is made up of a basic salary of £26,000 to £28,000, tronc tips and cash tips which are currently £90 to £150 per week. In addition, any overtime past 48 hours will be paid at the equivalent hourly rate.
