In the restaurant area the kitchen serves a contemporary British menu at rosette standard as well traditional pub food classics, a great range of lagers, cask ales and ciders and an extensive wine list popular as a location for families to enjoy and relax. The right candidate should have at least 1 years experience at Sous Chef level in a fresh food kitchen So what are we looking for?
