CHEFS ALL LEVELS – LAKE DISTRCIT Must be willing to relocate to the Lake District (Accommodation provided) This stunning hotel group which is located In the Lake District, is seeking experienced Chefs all levels up to Head Chef to join its team. You will be creating some of finest International Cuisine that the area has to offer, using only the best locally sourced produce, all which are bought in daily. As a junior Chef, you will be working on all sections. You will be learning all the aspects of running a kitchen. You will be responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. As a senior Chef you will be fully responsible for managing and running the kitchen, including menu design, rotas, training and development and recruitment.
