Overview

Newcross Healthcare are looking to recruit experienced and dedicated Support Workers in Witham, Braintree, Halstead, Dunmow, Earls Colne and the surrounding areas, with experience of working with children and young adults who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Keen to further your career, you'll be ready to take on new responsibilities and gain experience of working across different establishments. We have a range of shift patterns available to suit you. All you need to do is set your availability on our handy app, HealthForceGo®, and we'll do the rest. About you You'll be an experienced carer with a minimum of 3 months of experience, with a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK. We also expect you to demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise on every shift. Passion and determination to bring comfort and joy to our service users is a must. You will need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts and submit timesheets through our app, HealthForceGo®. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement. Your benefits package At Newcross, we offer a stellar benefits package to all staff to reward them for their hard work.
