Overview

Position Overview: Care Coordinator role is to manage the daily requirements of a package manager, develop and promote the service that The AICS Group offer to new and existing clients. The role will require previous experience or the qualifications to work with Clients with Complex needs and Rehabilitation to complex clients that require staff. To communicate directly with support workers, case managers, and clients regarding the service and implement required changes to ensure we are continuing to provide an excellent service and meet the NMC and CQC standards. Care Coordinator role will be directly responsible for the supervision, learning, and development of all staff and support workers. Main duties in brief: Manage and Coordinate staff teams Complete monthly client rota’s Complete complex client assessments Recruit and supervise staff Building relationships with Case Managers Attend client Meeting, Team and MDT meetings Complaint Management of staff Report CQC and Safeguarding concerns Support training and development for all staff Communicate and support all support workers and nurses Support other Package Managers if and when required Play a pivotal role in the development of the complex Client Services Experience required: Proven history in the management of staff teams Knowledge of Brain Injury, Rehabilitation, nursing or Social Work Excellent communication skills Quality of service-oriented Current registration with the NMC Qualifications:(not essential) Nursing Social Work Leadership & Management Application Process: Application deadline Monday 13th April 2020
