GP Practice Manager Coventry, West Midlands £40,000 - £45,000 plus additional benefits Remit Compass Associates are working in partnership with the UK's leading primary care organisation in their pursuit of a Service Manager for their well-established walk-in centre in Coventry. Our client is seeking an experienced Practice Manager within a primary care setting to take responsibility of the service. The centre itself has over 11,000 patients and 30 members of staff inclusive of 6 x GP's, ANP's, Practice Nurses and HCA's. The Candidate As Service Manager you will be expected to take full responsibility of the walk-in-centre which includes registering with CQC as the Registered Manager You will ensure the delivery of achieving objectives set by the Partners. You will have a proven track record of managing a service during CQC audits and inspections, be fully up to date on QOF's and be able to manage a budget as well as experience achieving KPI's. You will have experience of leading and motivating a team and work alongside the Operations Manager to achieve outstanding results. Most importantly you will have a desire to support the leadership of a team of professionals that give a level of care that exceeds all expectations to all patients and visitors alike.
