Regional Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Cheshire Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Remit Compass Associates are excited to continue working with a leading provider of private mental health, learning disabilities and neurological services to recruit a Regional Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. You will mainly be based at a secure hospital in Warrington where you will work with males who have backgrounds of acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, autism spectrum conditions and complex needs. Your role will be to conduct behavioural assessments and formulate/implement PBS plans. Due to this being a regional role, there will be occasions where you will be required to visit the other services (Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire) to work with other service users who have learning disabilities/autism spectrum conditions. Although the sole PBS Practitioner, you will work closely with the services' Psychology teams and alongside the Clinical Development Lead, to implement Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks across the North West. Commutable from: Manchester, Liverpool, Nantwich, Chester, Northwich, Ellesmere Port, Southport, Chorley, Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Macclesfield, Altrincham, Stockport, Bolton, Wigan and nearby towns.
