Senior Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation - Sheffield - £39,000 Per Annum Liquid Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced senior occupational therapist for a role within a rehabilitation team for a client based in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality holistic therapy to clients throughout their journey in line with the company's values and behaviours and work as a key member of their inter-disciplinary team. Benefits as an Occupational Therapist: Excellent salary up to £39,000 per annum Stable organisation and team Training opportunities Pension contribution Duties as an Occupational Therapist: To assess, implement and monitor individual rehabilitation plans for our clients To involve patients and carers in the development and delivery of goals within the rehabilitation plan To ensure that all OT interventions are of the highest standards Provide a senior OT clinical service, giving support and guidance to other staff members To have an awareness of/keep up to date with advances in OT research and interventions in relation to our client group To undertake duties and responsibilities as defined in the work plan In conjunction with the wider interdisciplinary team ensure personal care and nutritional needs of clients are met, dealing with emergencies as required To be compliant with the clinical governance requirements operating within the companies procedures To carry out clinical audits as and when directed To contribute and lead on specific projects related to service delivery e.g. quality programmes, education and training and contributing to the setting and monitoring of practice standards To act upon and escalate issues as required following the companies guidance and operating procedures To take part in developing and formalising OT systems and processes in conjunction with the wider interdisciplinary team To ensure accurate recording and monitoring of relevant outcome measures Essential Requirements: HCPC registered Eligible to work in the UK For more information please email [ Click Apply]
