Recruitment Advisor (6 Month FTC) Location Leicester Salary £26k DOE The Role Our client based in Leicester are currently looking for a Recruitment Advisor, due to the continued growth of the company. The role will involve assisting the HR Department with Talent Attraction, advertising and onboarding. Attracting new talent using all available online channels Onboarding of successful hires Attending job fairs Screening CV's Interviewing potential new hires Running assessment centres The Candidate For this role, we would ideally require someone with previous experience within a collections or credit control environment, as well as: Excellent attention to detail Previous recruitment experience, either from an agency or in house. Excellent communication skills Able to respect confidentiality Self-motivated Team Player Computer literate The ability to work in a pressurised environment. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
