So, if you are looking to thrive in a great working environment that offers you endless possibilities please apply today As the Parts Advisor who enjoys delivering excellent customer service you will be: Responsible for order processing Making update calls to existing and new clients Upselling and advising on products & offer's that are available Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service in line with Group and Manufacturer standards Helping increase all areas of parts sales for the business You will be currently working as a Parts Advisor or an Aftersales Advisor who's involved in parts supply. If you have an Auto-factor background and have experience, we would love to hear from you. If you have experience using Electronic Part Catalogues, Pinnacle, CDK, ADP or Kerridge Dealer Management System this would be a great advantage.
